With unexpected furry friend issues (matting, muzzling, etc.) and our desire to route as efficiently as possible to conserve gas and time, we have recently transitioned to a WINDOW of time scheduling system. Although you will still book a specific time, we request that you be available two hours before and two hours after your scheduled time.  Your groomer will text or call you when they are on their way.


We do not accept appointments for dogs 90lbs and over.


For clients who prefer to maintain a coat, longer than 1″ on their dog, which will extend the bathing, brushing and drying time, a long coated fee will be added to the service. The fee varies based on the size of your furry friend.


If you are scheduling a cat pampering, please note, we do not perform sedation grooms. We can only pamper cats with mild temperaments who are accustomed to the grooming process. With only one groomer in each mobile spa, the safety of our groomer and the cat is most important. Please call if you are unsure that your kitty is an appropriate cat client.

If you are not satisfied with your grooming experience, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of the appointment so we have the opportunity to address your concerns. If you contact us after 48 hours, it will be necessary to charge for the cost of the bath.

You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the appointment by contacting us at pets@fourprettypaws.com or 636.400.7297. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for your appointment.


We understand your time is precious and we are here to help you get the most our of your day. We do our best to be on-time for every appointment, but in some situations, some of our furry friends might need a little extra TLC. This might impact your appointment time slightly. If that does occur, we will communicate any adjustments. In order to manage our schedule as efficiently as possible we may have to shift your appointment 30 minutes. You will receive an email notification if this occurs. For any changes outside of the 30 minute window, we will call/text you.
